I've been excited about this trend, its so unique, fun, and surprisingly it can be a great staple in your wardrobe...and its all about eyeballs! And it can be perfect to do before Halloween, because its a little creepy chic, even though I would make this regardless of the holiday. A few ways I would make this (and plan on making this), is either with freezer paper, stencil, or stamp. I looked online and in all the stores and had no luck finding any stamp or stencil that resembled this eyeball. So, DIY it is...here are the 3 ways I would.
 1. freezer paper - find an image online, print it off onto freezer paper, then cut out the image. Iron it to your shirt. I would just stick with one big eyeball or a couple, because the cutting out can be a little time consuming. (example here)
2. stencil - print of the image onto hard stock paper, cut it out with an exacto knife, place where you want it on the shirt, then paint away with a sponge brush and fabric paint. Repeat if you want it to be small multiple eyeballs, then throw the paper away. (example here)
3. stamp - carve the evil eye image out in a stamp, dip in fabric paint or on stamp pad and stamp away on your shirt.
